Information we collect
Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, submit a lead or contact form, use the protocol builder, or request that a report be emailed to you, we collect the information you provide — typically your name and email address, and the goals or peptides you choose to enter.
Information from your use of Pep (our AI assistant). When you chat with Pep, the questions you type are processed to generate a response. Do not enter personal health details you wish to keep private; treat Pep like a public search box, not a medical record.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page, through standard analytics and our hosting provider's logs.
How we use your information
We use the information to operate and improve the Site, send you the newsletter and any report or response you requested, connect you with a provider when you ask us to, respond to your inquiries, and maintain the security and performance of the Site. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we share with
We share limited information only with service providers that help us run the Site, including our email and newsletter providers (Resend and Beehiiv), our hosting and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), the AI provider that powers Pep (OpenAI), and — only when you explicitly choose to contact or build a protocol for a provider — the relevant listed provider. These parties may process your data only to provide their service to us.

Some links on the Site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. Clicking an affiliate link may allow that third party to set its own cookies; their data practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
